Are Dualsun panels B ROOF (t3) certified?
The B ROOF (t3) classification (t3) is determined by a fire resistance test on an entire system (supporting structure, insulation, waterproofing, installation system, PV module). Given that it is not realistic to test each configuration of panels from the FLASH and SPRING ranges in combination with the installation systems available on the market,
This test was successfully passed with the following mounting systems and PV modules:
Dualsun PV modules | Mounting systems |
FLASH 380 Half-Cut White |
|
FLASH 410 Half-Cut White |
|
FLASH 425 Half-cut Glass-Glass TOPCon |
|
Following these tests, Dualsun considers that a PV module meets criterion B ROOF (t3) if it meets all of the following points:
Crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells
Superstrate in heat-treated glass with a thickness greater than or equal to 2mm
Substrate in heat-treated glass with a thickness greater than or equal to 2mm, or polymer film with an internal PET layer
Compliance with international standards for the qualification, design and approval of crystalline silicon modules (IEC 61215)
Compliance with international safety standards (IEC 61730)
Non-combustible aluminum frames and mounting brackets
Class II connection cables type PV1F or PV1000F
Class II connectors - IP67 minimum
The above elements were integrated into the specifications during the development of new products in order to validate that all the panels in the FLASH range meet criterion B ROOF (t3) and can therefore be installed with mounting systems that are themselves BROOF(t3) certified.
