What does Dualsun's "Manufacturer's Civil Responsibility" insurance cover?

The Dualsun Civil Responsibility insurance policy garanties monetary coverage (material, immaterial and/or corporal) of products manufactured and delivered by Dualsun, under reserve that these products possess a defect or flaw in the conception or manufacturing including a serial defect of a series of products.
The replacement of the product itself is not covered by this insurance: this point is covered by Dualsun's contractual warranty. Excluded from this insurance are also performance defects following an efficiency stated by Dualsun not related to a manufacturing default or flaw.
