What is the thermal performance of the DualSun Wave panel?

As with all solar thermal panels, the power output of our panels varies depending on the temperature of the water in the panel. The graph below shows the thermal power of our Wave panels (non-insulated and insulated) on different applications for which they can be used (each of these applications has a different operating temperature). At low temperatures (for coupling with water/water heat pumps and pool heating), we recommend using the non-insulated version of our panels. For domestic hot water, we recommend using the insulated version.

These power values are calculated from the values a0, a1, the surface area of the panel (1.66 m²) and plotted in STC conditions (T = 25°C, G = 1000 W/m²). For more information, see the Wave technical datasheet.
