Can DualSun SPRING panels work with the thermosiphons effect ?

As with conventional thermal solar panels, a thermosiphon effect can be observed with DualSun SPRING panels when they are connected to a thermosiphon tanks (i.e. with the hot water tank located above the panels, and no mechanical circulator to circulate the fluid between the panels and the hot water tank). 

However, as the thermal efficiency of DualSun panels is lower than that of conventional thermal solar panels, this application with DualSun panels is only recommended in countries with very high sunlight levels, i.e. close to the equator. We do not recommend this type of installation in Europe. And in any cases, it is important to use a thermosiphon with an integrated exchanger in the tank to respect the maximum pressure recommended in our panels.
